    For tournament play, Warpstone Excavation and Will of the Electors are restricted, so you'll only be able to run one (I feel like Will of the Electors serves you better here, especially with Judgement of Verena).

    I was dissapointed to see no Legend in a deck titled 'legends'. :(

    Like the deck overall, however. Lots of fun Empire movement tricks. Have you tried using it yet?
