Because DS is so prevalent?
Man, if I need to hose DS that badly out of Astra Militarum, I'll take No Surprises, thanks.
I really like that between this and No Surprises, AM's approach to Deep Strike can basically be summarized as "**** you"
There's something very Imperial Guard about that.
The card is not great right now but I really like that the factions have different approaches to deepstriking.
