Another 4 cost tank for Maksim.  That is becoming a very crowded slot.  That said this doesn't seem too bad.  Against many things this will be a 3/5 for 4 with two hammers.  That's reasonable if unexciting.  Though against some elites that have substantial command totals this can be a great value.  That inconsistency though makes it hard to rate until it's seen quite a bit of play.

Also a 3 cost for Gorzod. 3 for a 2/1/5 which usually becomes a 2/3/5 seems fine to me.

Rubbish on its own being sniped by a warlord. But knowing this makes it possible to lay a trap or 2...

uhhh, that is a +2 atk modifier....if the defender has one command icon it swings for 3.

units with more than 1 command that don't need shields to avoid dying from a single swing

If that's aimed at my post its what I said. 2/3/5 means 2 hammers, 3atk, 5 def.

del

oh, sorry, my bad.

Looks exciting, but I'm not sure. You spend that much, you need something that can threaten a warlord.

I like that it's another card that makes negative-promotion a clever play though.

Well, Squiggoth Brute wishes everybody good luck with the Vindicator :P

You mean, playing a promotion on your opponents unit  ?

yes. Such tricks already work with Venomous fiend.

3 resources isn't that much.

It is for Gorzod, as he doesn't have a great command base.

Better with this card.

Actually, command hasn't really been my problem with Gorzod.  With Taurox, Skrap Nabba, Traders and Pirates, he doesn't necessarily win all command, but it's not terrible.  3 cost for a 2/3/5 is good.
