This can trigger multiple times. Really good in a theme deck.

It can trigger multiple times, but how many Dark Angels are you realistically going to have in your deck, let alone at a planet? Vezuel likes having an Iron Halo, so that's quite teh sacrifice you are making in teh most likely warlord to use this card. Cost 3 to not support command at all and need a big fight to gain stuff makes for a late game card and therefore a low count in the deck. I think its overpriced.
