Well hello ambushy Iyanden Wraithguard and Furious Wraithblade..
Awesome card for the discerning Eldar player
+ 2 res. and no surprises, I do not understand what is there to rejoice
A full hand of ambushing cards can swing a game.
Indeed. I see this as a late game card. Eldar are really the best faction to out-command even heavy command decks. It's not too difficult to get a large amount of resources late game, and the ability to deploy some scary Eldar cards is nothing to be sniffed at.
Having said that, it's still a 3/5 for me, being a bit situational, and too telegraphed (at least at this stage in the cycle).
well just might point out that you could use bonesinger on the wraithguard and wraithblade for 1 res each
Have to agree overall, but its a card I really like and want to make work.
Ideally with Coliseum Fighters and Craftworld Gates, the former to recur it, the latter to repeatedly ambush the same guys with high hp once the opponent has hurt them a bit. A few more and stronger enters play effects needed however.
I haven't tried this card yet, but I still think it looks solid. And during the late game (when the Eldar player presumably has at least some resources/cost reducers on the table) who wouldn't want to ambush in a certain Wraithknight?
Has anybody had any play experience with this so far?
