One of the most overlooked cards in the cycle. I've just started messing around with this thing, and he does so much work with a single Ion Rifle. I'm loving the possibilities.
I hear he also goes fetching Rifles with a jetbike
This is necron approved as well. Passing that Phylactery in a Szeras deck is gold.
