Does this card mean that every time a new phase begins (Deployment, Command, Combat, Headquarters) I get to heal 1 damage, for total of 4 in a game turn? And on top of it, if a combat round begins on the planet with this card attached to my unit, it gets additional healing point?
Correct.
Yes, pretty neat huh? If its carrier survives a fight it gets to heal at least 4 damage before its next battle next round, provided you opt to trigger the reaction of course.
