Would a combo of this and the Khornate Chain Axe be worth it in a certain kind of deck? How about Rune-Encrusted Armor? This seems like a very interesting card, but without a way to boost the damage it feels fairly underwhelming to me.
I think the card's strength is in the fact that it either forces a shield or the loss of a random card. The one attack is annoying but I think it would be too strong with any more.
I agree. It's strength is in the fact that regardless they will lose a card when it attacks, which may force them to use certain cards as shields which they would have preferred to keep. The Chain Axe is definitely a good addition to this since you're pretty much guaranteed to trigger the reaction, potentially resulting in 2 discarded cards if they shield. I feel, however, that the Rune Encrusted Armour might be a little too expensive for this purpose.
In other news, a Hypex Urien deck might enjoy this card
