Can Toxic Venom Sac be ambushed in from the discard pile, at an infested planet, during combat?
It can only be ambushed from Hand. Stated in the ability of Omega.
you can still deploy it from your discard pile as this card states, but like Stefan said, you can ambush this card from your hand onto a unit on an infested planet, due to Omega's ability and this being a genestealer card.
