This will be good in Salaine Morn decks
I hated this card when it was released but I have grown to consider it a solid toolbox card for Eldar at least
If only it was "action" rather than "combat action", this could be a strong play in the deploy phase to dominate command.
Its by no means a bad card as a combat action, but space is tight, and I can't find a card slot for it at present. I don't knock those who do though - its a solid way of transforming card and resource advantage into board advantage, and the fact that its not limited to army units greatly increases the pressure it applies.
I agree. One of my friends uses this a lot in Morn and Baharroth - with mixed degree of efficiency, and I find it particularly nice that it can target the enemy warlord, like Chaos' Staff of Change. This can change the tide in a battle, if the enemy commander is forced to forgo an attack and retreat instead. Or expend a last valuable shield card etc.
This card is just one of those personal taste cards that is also solid.
Still it competes with my mind war and subdual slots. Grrr...
