Looks like a very solid deck to me, the Eldar Survivalist is a great target for Attachments that boost it further and because of it's extra's it's often worth it to heavy commit onto that planet. On the other hand it does make you weaker against the likes of the popular Ragnar.
Nontheless a solid deck for sure, 4/5.
Personally would have excluded the single Promotion in return of a Banshee Sword. The Swarm and Marksman can use any booster including one that is actually a Power Sword.
