Not bad, but having only 23 command-bearing units will weaken your presence in that phase, and makes the deck hard to compete with.
Drop the Foretells, and add 1 more Syren, and 2 Hellion Gangs.
My own preference as well is to drop the Superiorities, and run 1 Doom, 1 No Mercy, but thats a matter of preference. Also, I'm not a fan of 3 x Archon Palace, as they have a tendency to stack up in your hand, but this is such a good card that jury is out on this one.
23 units with command, thought it has 3 promotions included. I run a DE deck without promotion and some ranged units (Baleful Mandrake, Sybarite Marksman) and Soaring Falcon/Wildrider Squadron, 33 units total. Promotion is good because it has shields but I think a falcon or a ranged unit has more potential.
I used Foretell but I dropped it as I can win the crucial planets, though it requires attention not letting the other one trigger something I don't want. Not a bad card but I feel better with 2 Dooms. Most players avoid it now and not the greatest card at the moment but when they have to for a planet because of something they will go back to HQ and bamm.
In my opinion 2 Archons Palace is fair enough and makes place for a Twisted Laboratory which can be a bless when you draw it (very good against Honored Librarian for example).
Just my five cents of course. A nice deck overall with all the 'mandatory' units and congrats for the win! :-)
Very nice deck. I play instead Eldar Survivalist - Sslyth Mercenary. Serena is adding a second key. Foretells - certainly I left, they can often save the situation.
