Needs more Kabalite. And more raider, I think. Or else you are not playing to your warlord's ability to generate income. And if you do play to your warlord's strength, you might not need to have 3x Raid in your deck.
The problem is there are no other raider units to take, and the kabalite ones compromise command. Once the Flayed Skull Slavers come out they will straight away go in with the raiders/kabalites already there, but I'd probably need to meddle with the deck's structure as a result (e.g. adding in the kabalite attachment).
However, there's still 9/50 targets for it, which equates to just under 20% of the deck. Given that 4 of them can be played during combat I should be able to activate it once per turn, but it's hard to say.
