An experiment to try and get a working Straken deck

Basic strategy is to pile cheap units at a couple planets and make opportunistic assassination strikes.

The deck itself struggles with command, though Promotion helps grab needed planets. However, having really cheap units makes it easier to stack units at planets for bullying and grabbing command. Emperor's Warrant and Supressive Fire help deal with elite units.

In late game, it gets easier to use Staging Ground to drop in an Evil Suns Warbiker, use Catachan Outpost to drop 6+ damage on a Warlord. So far, every game I've won with this deck has been by assassination.

I'm not sold on the Infantry Conscripts, I'm just trying them out for now to see how they perform. So far, I haven't played one yet.
