-Will update strategy later. -Experimenting with Carnivore Pack over Aun'ui Prelate, However one of my favorite combos with this deck is using Kauyon Strike to move all my Ethereal units to the planet with the enemy warlord after he has exhausted and murdering him. Also just surprising them with the Prelate while we are already at the same planet get the job done 90% of the time as well. Prelate is key in both those strategies. So Carnivore Pack has some big shoes to fill. I may experiment with dropping the Stingwing Swarm for Carnivore Pack if I'm not feeling the swap with Prelate, but again Stingwing Swarm is just such a great unit and is vital to the success I have had with Aun'shi.
Sample Hand:
Total Shields: 0
Average Shields Per Event/Attachment: 0
Total Command: 0
Average Command Per Unit: 0
Looks good to me, you could also consider dropping 2 Recon Drones for 2 Carnivore pack.
The deck will run less Limited cards and in most cases both Promotion and Homing Beacon will pan out better as the Recon Drone.
My previous iteration ran 2 Recon Drones, 1 Promotion, and 3 Homing Beacons and you know, I wasn't impressed with Homing Beacon. I don't like support cards in general as they don't have shield icons and typically don't contribute to the game immediately when they're played. Circumstances would seem to frequently prevent me from triggering Homing Beacon. And at the cost of a card and a resource I need to trigger it every turn to profit from it, especially when I don't get it out on the first turn. I haven't actually played without Homing Beacon yet, but I suspect I will like running 3 Recon Drone / Promotion better. They almost always net me some combination of 2 cards / resources usually while denying those to my opponent and that happens before combat. In addition they're both 0 cost and both grab-able with Earth Caste and Promotion has the highly valued shield. That's my logic behind the swap. I'll let you know how it works in practice.
Interesting to hear your thoughts on the Beacon. I've been wondering if in fact that's the Limited to drop rather than Drone or Promotion, but haven't got around to trying it yet either.

Cool to hear, the main reason why I removed them is because they where additional bodies that Aun'Shi can't really work with. Unlike the Homing Beacon your opponent usually gets rewarded by hunting down the Drones as much as Aun'Shi gets rewarded by hunting down Void Pirates etc. I do have to agree that both are really good and I probably should switch them around again just for the sake of it.
Altough I am afraid to lose them much easier due to a multitude of effects where I know this will not happen often with Homing Beacon.

Yeah it seems like an auto include as it's tailor made for Aun'shi, but I just feel like it falls a little flat for me.
I neglected to mention that not running Homing Beacon equates to fewer limited cards in your deck, which is always a good thing, because it didn't for me. I was only running 6 limited cards when I was running Homing Beacon and I'm still only running 6. I know a lot of people are experimenting with somewhere between 7-9 so for them swapping the Beacons out for a non-limited card could be beneficial.

I agree that the vulnerability of the Recon Drones is a drawback to using them over Homing Beacon, but I feel like the benefits will out weigh that vulnerability. Also, I feel like it's a bad decision on my opponents part if he is specifically hunting down Recon Drones for the sole purpose of removing them and I'm okay with it if that's the case. I could be wrong, but only time will tell. I'm getting some games in today and probably a few more on Saturday. I'll report back after some play-testing.
