Necrons
Experimental
Play like the RTS game: use your Drones to support your units!
Warlord
Order by: NameTypeCost
Total Cards: 0
Use discounters (Timeworn Stasis-Crypt) to get your Necrons out, whether it's Army or Attachment!
Use Earth Caste Technician to get your Drone Armiesor Attachments to your hand fast!
Protect your Necrons with Royal Phylactery and Mechanical Enhancement.
Use Gauss Flayer and Master Program to deal up to 4 damage (-2HP + 2 ATK damage; or -4HP) on a unit in a turn at the cost of a Drone!
Battle Report: (Using Anrakyr the Traveller) -VS Kith/Chaos: 0-2. Lost towards the last few planets. Managed to get resources but hand draws are too slow.
-VS Eldorath Bonesinger: 1-2. Win with Lychguard Sentinel and Canoptek Spyder's synergy. Master Program + Canoptek Scarab Swarm helps with readying my units after attacking. Still hard to pilot with low amount of cards in hand.
-VS Ba'arzul: 3-0. Won 2 rounds by planet (killing everything Ba'arzul puts out) and won last round by killing Ba'arzul himself (Bloodied on 2nd round, dead on 4th round). Best combo used is Recycle + Wraithguard + Obedience; committing Nahumek on a sure win green planet and exhausting Obedience to move Wraithguard to the planet Ba'arzul was in.
Update:
Changed to Nahumek for the signature Attachment, The Staff of Command. This can help me get both my Tau units (during Deploy Phase) and Eldar unit (during Command Struggle Phase) out in a turn.
Deathmark Assassins couldn't help much with his effect and could risk discarding valuable cards.
Removed Particle Whip because the deck won't be discarding as much as it used to when using Anrakyr.
Recycle could help discarding unwanted cards, like Wraithguard Revenant and non-Elite Necron units. If Lychguard Sentinel is on the field attached with Resurrection Orb, discarded Necron units could be revived again.
Added in Doomsday Ark and Nightshade Interceptor to deal with swarms.
Added in Promotion to aid in commands.
Sample Hand:
Total Shields: 0
Average Shields Per Event/Attachment: 0
Total Command: 0
Average Command Per Unit: 0
I like the theme of this deck. I myself thought of the wraithguard revenent for necrons since they struggle with resources. Nice to see someone else had the same thoughts.
Please post with game results. This could be interesting.
Would be interesting to see how this works out, but I feel that the command presence is far too weak for this to be viable. The Wraithguard don't balance out this resource deficit since they end up effectively costing roughly what their printed cost is anyway, although I suppose that Anrakyr is slightly less card dependent than other warlords. Additionally, however, you would need to set your dial to Eldar into order to use the ability, which restricts the playability of your Tau cards and gives away your intentions should you have the Wraithguard in your discard pile.
As a note based on your deck's description, the Timeworn Statis Crypt cannot reduce the cost of events since they are never deployed, but rather played. It can reduce the cost of everything else, though, however a single cost reduced each round is still a rather slow income stream.

Thanks for the feedback, @BiasOldZombie and @Kaloo.
I just updated the list.
