I like the list and am running something similar. This is all opinion and I am by no means the best Conquest player ever, sooooo. I find that in order to control AoE units adding more Twisted Laboratories helps so that you can deny card text. Another event I include is Raid. You can use it to steal a resource or throw it as a shield which is how I usually employ it. Keep your squishy units alive and all.  Just a personal taste but I would swap the pirates for Hellion Gangs or maybe some of the event cards mentioned. You will get a lot of card draw off your elder survivalists and Pact of Haemonculi.

The deck looks decent, but there are a few changes I would recommend.  First I don't think that Power from Pain works well with this deck.  The best use Iv'e found for it is activating Hypex Injector, which you don't have in the deck.  I think removing those in favor of raid would be a good idea.  You might consider finding ways to increase the number of Twisted Laboratory's in your deck.  I have found them too important to only rely on having one in my deck.  Not to mention I'm never upset to draw another copy.  Maybe -1 Promethium Mine and +1 Twisted Laboratory?  Overall, the deck looks good though.
