Here is the Mirror list for my Dark Eldar Vehicle deck. I don't have as much experience with Eldar so and advice is welcome.
Units: Once again, I'm sticking (for the most part) with the 1-2 cost units being command, and 3+ being combat. There are a few exceptions. As I mentioned with my Dark Eldar deck, my primary goal is resilient units that can hang around and attack multiple times. Since this is what I'm going for Black guardians made it into this deck. You will also notice that I included Spiritseer Erathal. Since I'm trying to go for long lasting units, I feel that Erathal's healing will help out quite a bit in this deck. The rest of the units fit into the deck strategy that I am going for so it shouldn't need much explanation. This is the opportunity for the Eldar/Dark Eldar vehicles to shine.
Events: Archon's Terror is your usual control type event. I'm debating just how necessary it is here, but it does help remove problem units, so for now it will state. Doom I have 1X of, I feel it is always good to carry around at least one copy, though I prefer 2. Empower fits right into my resilient units idea, since it gives +1 hp. It also gives +1 ATK, so they will hit a bit harder. Goft of Isha I'm not as certain about. It might be nice bringing back high hp units, but one of my favorite targets for this event (wraithguard) are not in this deck. Nullify is pretty self explanatory, especially with Erathal around.
Support: Corsair Trading Port is here to help with the cost curve.
Attachments: I really want to try and get Starcannon in this deck. It was the very last card that I cut and if I remove anything Starcannon will probably go back in.
Sample Hand:
Total Shields: 0
Average Shields Per Event/Attachment: 0
Total Command: 0
Average Command Per Unit: 0

i think you can skip The Vile Raiders and replace them for Promotion or extra Copy of Doom.
