Concept: the more mobile you have, the more threat you focus on 3 different adjacent planets that you can bully, also protect your non-mobile units from sniping.
This mobile force on planet 2 can force the opponent to over-commit on planet 1 into your Doom, which you hopefully find with the help of Farseers.
Against potential Exterminatus, you don't congregate without Nullify cover. Whilst waiting for it, you spread out to choke the opponent with your command icon advantage and ensure your non-mobile troops are flanked by protection.
One reason I'm experimenting away from the standard Ranged Control was it was so fragile at 2 toughness. The mobile units are so much more resilient.
The build is pricey, going for quality not quantity approach so that much of its economy units double up as combat units. It may be too pricey but the 53 command icons should help ensure it wins the economic war. But does it have enough tricks and bite to win against brute force?
