This is the deck I took to the Worlds 2016 Conquest tournament. I was able to do well with it, going undefeated in swiss. I actually really hate the Cardgamedb interface and deck builder, so I'm going to give a super brief overview of the deck. If you want to ask me questions about it, either sound off in the comments of hit me up on facebook or the skype group.
Overview:
Worr is just really averagely good, so I figured it'd be fun to play him at Swiss. I built the deck about a week before going, and played a few games with it. It beat my brother so I liked it, and I was happy with the ratios of the cards. Worr has a really good Kith matchup, so this deck is teched really towards Elites, while also trying not to give up ground in the Kith matchup. Your control cards are:
Inquisitorial Fortress, Emperors Warrant, Squig Bombin, Suppressive fire and Captain Markis.
Generally try and hold onto these against elite decks. You can do a couple of tricks with these, such as double tapping Markis (Once in command, once in combat), Bombin in the command phase, Bloodying warlord then Warrant and Fortress in the Deploy phase to push Syren off or anything else that you really don't want at the first planet. Just abuse action windows, it's a blast.
MVP Card hands down was Squig Bombin. Hit Khymra Den every time I played against a Kith, hit a ton of STC's and corrupted teleportariums.
(Apologies in Advance, I'm awful with names, and am more likely to remember your country then your name!)
Round 1: Shane from Toronto (Eldorath)
I have a strong command opening that he contests. I believe he went exarch first planet, double biel tan or biel tan and rogue trader, it was good. He makes a misplay by pinging a guy in HQ the second round with the exarch, giving me less units and allowing me to trigger Tarrus. I go for a 2,3,4 planet win after on Green with my advantage. I slug it out against double exarch with Isha at the final battle, but troop transport is really good, so I win.
Round 2: Spanish National Champ (Nazdreg Elites)
He has a rough opening hand with Nazdreg, I get good command and troop transport. I draw two fortresses and basically I give up the first planet. He gets all 3 Squiggoth Brutes on the field and I'm sweating a little. He made a big misplay and put the third brute on the fourth planet, and followed it with a corrupted teleprotarium. I bombed it in the command phase, effectively taking that brute out of the game. Two fortresses and no backlashes later and I have two green, and we set up for the the third. I have two troop transports, an infantry platoon and a chimera, he has a ready brute, an exhausted brute with damage (coming in from HQ), and a possessed. We fight, I barrage my guys and range down his warlord to a bloody, then Emperor's Warrant twice during the combat, winning me the game. He saw no backlashes. I got lucky.
Round 3: ??? (Worr)
I ultimately do not remember who this was, but he did give me a double sided clear sleeve for my warlord, so thanks a bunch! I hate Worr mirrors, and this was no exception. It's 3 green planets, I open up with strong command, a forward barracks and a troop transport. I play another transport turn 2 and 3, and he sees nothing good. I did not win this game on skill, and we both discussed this after the game. I just had a really good draw, and he didn't. Boo mirrors.
Lunch Break:
Side note, I was like "Hey Paul, let's go grab lunch at Burger King" and he said maybe, and then left. So I grabbed my winnipeg guys and Andreas (Side side note, I expected a big fucking swedish viking guy, and I got the nicest wispiest guy I've ever met in my life. Also everyone I traveled with from Winnipeg said Andreas was Awesome. He is. ) and walked down to Burger King, 10 minutes before round end. As we sit down to eat, Paul shows up with I swear like half the conquest Swiss. The moral of this story is that Paul steals lunch ideas.
Round 4: Nathan Gardner (Kith)
I'm really nervous, because I can't read Nathan for shit, and I feel like he's reading me. I'm lucky as he makes a misplay turn one and forgets to trigger gut and pillage, allowing me to leverage my command into a win. Troop transport and Forward Barracks won me the game.
Round 5: Chris (Kith)
By this round I could tell people were getting exhausted. He made a few errors (forgetting to put Khymera in) that are just due to exhaustion. I get troop transports and some good fighting units and push for a win by planet 4. Winning move was me squig bombin his Khymera den when he needed it as he set up a bunch of Khymera on the planet over.
Side note: I got very lucky in my games against Kith as I never got Warpstorm played once against me. That's the tech.
Round 6: Dan Jung (Kugath)
I was excited to play Dan, as he's a really good player and we're both friends. I have a good command opening, while he puts disciple of excess and bloodletter on the first planet. I bomb teleportarium, and warrant the bloodletter into the disciple, and troop transport guys in. We have a bitter fight, but my early command lead + a lack of econ tools in his hand allowed me to win on planet 3.
After this I basically debated dropping for Netrunner, but after Brad basically saying "Don't be an idiot, don't drop" and Nathan giving me the stare of death, I stayed in.
Top 16: New Zealand Guy (Kith on Eldar)
Really close match, we're basically even, but then I bomb his khymera den and get forward barracks out. Regardless I commit way to hard to a planet that didn't matter, and he pulls ahead. I can't kill Syren Zythlex in hand, and he forces me to burn a fortress on her. This leaves me weaker going into the fight and I can't deal with the army he has built up. It was a lot of fun, and even though I lost, it was a good time.
Misc stuff:
Very often people told me they didn't test against Worr enough, or didn't expect Worr.
Troop Transport is bullshit.
Bombin is MVP
The art on the top 16 mat is really nice.
Any questions on matchups or specific card choices, just send me a message somehow. Thanks for reading.

Congrats on also going undefeated in Swiss
. The lunch time part of your recap was definitely the best part of it
Hi Eric - I'm the NZ guy you played in Top 16. Firstly congrats on finishing first in Swiss - I do feel somewhat guilty for beating you in the elimination as you probably did deserve to go a little bit further, and to be fair I got absolutely smoked by Worr during Swiss against the Polish guy! Anyway just to reiterate your point - it was one of the best matches I have played and I honestly thought I would not be able to recover once you destroyed my den and you had your forward barracks out. As mentioned after the match I think you committed your troop transports a little too early, to a planet that I won eventually, and that hindered your late game.
