Bodyguard / BA Veterans is a fun combo, and one that doesn't see much play, mostly because of the variance in assembling it in a faction that doesn't always do that well in command. Muster the Guard, broadly, is hard to use out of Straken. There's matj crunch that i've done elsewhere on this site, but probably the best thing to do is to try the deck and look at what it costs you each time. Within the cost, consider the missed strike from the Warlord, and the command struggle he could have won, plus the card slot itself. Then look at how many resources its saved you, and how much tempo you've gained and decide whether its worthwhile.
My other inclination here would be to run 3 Inquisitorial Fortresses, and to also consider your cost curve carefully. Excellent though the Battle Tank is, my suspicion is that a more conventional build that rejects Muster, drops the Tank down to x1, and runs some Void Pirates and Rogue Traders will net you higher command struggle control and serve your game better overall.
