As soon as For the Tau'va was spoiled I speculated about such a deck, though I was more thinking Cato because with attachment heavy you need more resources (command is not going to be a strength) and because his support and attachment are so much better.

What made you choose Ragnar instead?

I chose Ragnar cuz his units can move to him and with attachments. It is very similar to how Baharoth uses mobile but the Ragnar units can move further. Also the war camp makes ion rifles stupid.
