Don't know what to change to make it consistent yet but more playtesting to come.
I'm not sure I see how this build sustains itself specifically.
What does that even mean?
If it's bad tell me. If it's not, tell me why.
I've been playing since the game came out.
You tell me how the deck sustains itself.
I'm running a similar deck but put in some Taus for command and search.
Since you're running a mono-Necron, no plans to put in Elites?
My decklist:

Tau would be my first choice for command.
I just wish necrons had better one drops
I see...
I understand why you use Eternity Gate, but won't Weight of the Aeons help u more in discards?
I also found that I'm struggling with deploy stall and resource regeneration.
I might try adding scrap nabba or flayed slaver. Also if I add one of those plus deploy one of my opponents command units I might be able to squeeze in the warriors of gidrin.
More playtesting...
I haven't tried it out yet, but I removed Caius, a Promotion and a Void Pirate to put in two Eternity Gates and a Harbinger of Eternity, since it can make life much more miserable for your opponent, and it enables you to recycle Awake the Sleepers, which is a must at the rate you can go through this deck if you are not careful.
Caius is a nice card to really disrupt your opponent's hand and rid your hand of cards like Decaying Warrior Squad and Pyrrhian Eternals. Putting in 1 is a good choice and 2 will ensure you'll get the card most of the time.
But if I go the smaller swarm route I'm lacking in command if the deck is mono.
This warlord is hurting my brain with all the options.
