Their in there because of their amazing reaction, you can use it constructively in your deck, or destructively in theirs. having a heavy butt is also helpful to this as it can often times help weed ou t a card you're not even looking for, or looking to ruin their next hand in a more offensive format forcing them to have 1 less shield or otherwise, having 2 of them out allows you to do it more than once a turn. The versatility may be JUST what you need to win these matches.
If you're taking a Urien deck with Farseers and the Crucible of Malediction, then sure the Biel-Tan's help a lot since they reinforce the idea of sifting through your opponent's deck (or your own in the rare cases where that's useful). However, just taking 2 in an isolated case like this seems awfully hopeful for an effect which really isn't as good as it sounds. Sure, they may do some heavy lifting .... may. The chances of finding one and it actually attacking and removing something useful is so silm that you're better off with something else. I'd advise switching them with the Helion Gang to reinforce the warlord's ability.
There're only 7 Kabalite & Raiders in this deck. That's not enough to really take advantage of Morn's ability.
realizing the lack of Hellion gangs, it may be a far better off choice.
Her ability is limit once per phase, so deploy phase, and combat phase at most you're regaining 2 resources a turn, as awesome as her ability is, I can't really gain too much out of it. Not to mention with the meta changing throwing in more kabalites (2 costers or less) just makes them easier to wipe out with other cards.
