i dont think you want to go with splintered path acolytes in nazdreg. if you want anti kith tech, you probably want to run 3x weirdboy maniaks and 3x ork kannons to ping her khymeras
How do you see this deck beating Kith?
I like this deck. I'd make a few adjustments such as taking out the Inquisitors and Promethium Mine and add Rocket Launcha to give a few units Ranged. I'd also consider adding Telaprota Pad, Mork's Great Heap, Ammo Depot, or, Kustom Field Generator to your deck instead of the Mine. My reasoning is that you can either move a unit to the 1st planet during an action window, Increase Ork's with Brutal by 1 HP, Draw 1 card if you have 3 or less (this is the support instead of Mine if you want to run Inquisitor), or bounce the damage to another enemy unit.
I think that you're trying to build a Brutal themed deck with a lot of good mid cost heavy hitters. I could be mistaken but that's what it looks like to me... and I really like the strategy and tactics that you're using. I've been working on a Brutal themed deck that uses Brutal to absorb the damage, make my units stronger, and than hit back harder. Warpstorm, definetly a good choice as well as Khrone.
If anything, I would probably try and streamline the deck a bit and concentrate on a few strategies and tactics and than max out the cards that will help implement said strategy. IMO, you probably have a good 4-10 cards that you could eliminate and than replace to help more and add a little more consistincy to your deck. I think that DDD with your brutal deck would be a great card to add bc/you can kill off all the tokens and pump up your army units more. Especially with Mork's Great Heap.
Overall, though, I give it two thumbs up.
His intent (we had discussed basic ideas around this deck before he built this version) was to include ways to get around the denial of cards and resources that kith can easily achieve with her cheap high command units, and Archon's Palace which is why ammo depot and promethium mines are in there. So even if she denies you cards or resources you have ways to get more than the base amounts that she can't stop. The Inquisitor is included to deal with the other problem that she frequently creates of her being flush with cards (pretty sure the worlds champ drew 7 cards from the command phase during one of his games because he won command almost everywhere). There aren't many good options out there that can help a player get around being told "yes you did win command there, but you don't get to have the nice things". the only other way is to win command at multiple 1/1 planets or win command at two 0/1 or 0/2 planets of the same type so she can only stop you from getting half instead of all, but that plan assumes she won't just snipe the command from you.
The Promise of Glory and SPA are there to make daemons affordable even if you only have 4 resources to work with during that deploy phase plus SPA is still a 1 for 1/1/1 so it's a cheap command unit and a cost reducer in a very cheap package.
And I believe you're right DrewDog the basic theme of the deck is brutal with mid-cost units with the added mitigation cards to work around some of the denial. I think your suggestions would make it a really good brutal Naz deck, but we were curious in making something that is geared more against kith (or DE choke in general really) we haven't played with the deck yet to know if it's hobbled itself or if it will work.
I do however like the realization that if they Kivalex the Possessed and you play made ta fight you can take the guy with you making the warleader just a rather expensive event card instead of the usual 2 unit killer that it is.
To be quite honest It was nto a brutal themes deck it, but the out of the current ork warlords we have Naz is just a better fit.
A long while ago 90poundwuss and I built a Throne of Vain Glory deck. This kidna of showed us something interesting about cultist and demons, mainly the take away from your reliance on resources to play cards. Then later Wuss mad a very interesting kith deck using a similar idea. using all the cultist tech to make demons extremely cheap.
Our first iteration of the Naz deck did not have demons and used some AM tech to have higher command units; however, it was missing the punch that could carry it through to the end. it did not have enough heavy hitter if you will. So since we can throw chaos into orks we decided why not build a with the demon summoning suite.
We have not tested it yet but I am very excited to!
