First take on a Necron deck.

Allied/Enslaved Factions:
1. Tau:
-Earth Caste Technician: To get Attachments fast. Attachments like Royal Phylactery could be used as 2 shields.
2. Space Marine:
- Eager Recruit: Mainly to be used with Tomb Blade Squadron to deal -1HP.
3. Dark Eldar:
- Ssylth Mercenary: Mainly used for her 2 command.
- Incubus Warrior: Like Ssylth Mercenary, using for her 2 command. If combat initiative is at my side, she deals a good damage of 3/1, 4/2 if Immortal Vanguard's with her.
4. Neutral
- Rogue Trader: Using to gain more resources.
- Void Pirate: Using to gain more cards.

Card Choices:
- Nahumek (Warlord): Chose him because of his signature Attachment that allows him to change your Enslavement dial once per turn. This means you could play the command game with your other enslaved factions and change the dial to Space Marine to Ambush Eager Recruit during Combat Phase.
- Extermination: Good for clearing swarms, even better for your final decisive battle.
- Royal Phylactery: Choosing this for it's 2 shield.
-Hyperphase Sword: Awesome Attachment for Reanimating Warriors or Lychguard Sentinel.
- No STC Fragment because there are only 2 Elite units in the deck. 
- No Drudgery because most of the enslaved units in the deck are 1-2 cost.

Battles:
1. VS Tau Aun'shi
Bloodied Aun'shi on round 3. Planets were Ferrin (red), Elouith (blue), Y'varn (red, green, blue), Plannum (green, blue), Barlus (green), Atrox Prime (red, blue), Osus IV (green). Forfeit Ferrin and Elouith to Aun'shi to build up armies and win the next 3 planets.

Note:
I'm also considering to play planet-biased cards, mainly [Material] (red) planet to gain resources, eg. Flayed Skull Slaver (DE), Kroot Hunter (Tau), Sae'lum Pioneer (Tau), and Skrap Nabba (Orks).
