You seem a bit unit heavy in that deck which isn't really necessary since Ku'gath is an excellent fighter even on his own. I'd probably go down to 28 units and make sure I stay at the 50 card cap. I think this is really important for Ku'gath since his signature attachment is so good, most of the time I mulligan for it unless I have a really great opening hand. You might also find that the rune encrusted armor can be a bit too expensive in this type of deck in addition to making whatever you put it on a much bigger target for removal or routing such as The Fury of Sacarius/Klaivex Warleader/Archon's Terror/Indescribable Horror of course this is somewhat dependent on match-up.
Looks like your are going for Nurgle synergy. If you are trying to get down to 50 cards, you might drop Warp Storm as it and Nurgle Bomb have basically the same function in the game.
Play it and see where it works and where it does not.
I don't like Nurgling Bomb, you given an opponent a choice and usually it ends up doing a lot less than Warpstorm (which you can always use on planets where you have nothing so the Nurgle synergy counts for little).
Aside from that the only card that really gains from Nurgle cards is Blight Grenades. They are strong for sure, but situational - does their inclusion really justify the fact you are using 3 card slots on the otherwise poor Death Guard?
The Armour is nice - for Orks. In chaos I'd rather have other cards - Tzeentch's Firestorm sticks out as a 2 shielder that can also swing battles (and activate Roghrax)
I am also unsure what Xavaes does for the deck, and Cacophonic Choir also (I'd hate to have Ku'Gath exhausted since he is supposed to do a lot of work in fighting).
Therefore changes I would recommend
-3 Death Guard
-2 Rune Encrusted Armour
-1 Xavaes
-2 Nurgling Bomb
-2 Cacophonic Choir
+3 Splintered Path Acolyte
+3 Tzeentch's Firestorm
+1 Roghrax
which takes you to 50 cards also.
That said, I think before listening to anyone (myself included) and making sweeping changes, it is best to try the deck to see what works and what doesn't. No-one learns or discovers new tricks without trying out other ideas after all.
With all the uniques(Doom and Archons Terror meta, woot), might want to squeeze in a No Mercy in here. Cute card.
Aside from that, I would find room for the chaos "1 for 1", and maybe an Ammo Depot(one of the best reasons to ally with orc
)
Ammo Depot and the 141 could probably take the place of Void Pirate+
.02 cents anyway, thanks for posting the deck!
