Morn ranged hunt and nasty Dark Eldar tricks. Essentially a 'Kabalite Classic' setup. No Elites...

Well, some types of Dark Eldar setups are mostly tournament quality...
Ideally, the Bladed Lotus Rifles go on your Marauders due to their ability. Gain resources during combat either with a Raid, Rapid Assault, or by deploying a signature Pillager (on a red planet.)
I recommend you save your signature army units for big battles, or enemy warlord hunt, e.g. when the enemy warlord tries to snipe a command unit and exhausts by its attack. Surprise Shurikens are nice here as well.
Hoard wealth, cards and resources both, as much as you can. Klaivex, Terror, Rapid Assault, and Shurikens don't come cheap and you may need them all depending on the situation. If you do end up a female 40K Scrooge the Nexus becomes extremely useful too.
Don't throw away your signature events as shields lightly. They can kill a 33/33 C'tan instantly, or remove keywords like flying and ranged from Heldrakes and Sniper Drone Teams etc., while dodging Backlash as well.
Don't get bloodied. The game immediately becomes very difficult if you do. If you find yourself having trouble keeping Salaine hale while playing this deck, I recommend you cut two or three minor units and add the Eldar's Seer's Exodus. Likewise, if you want to focus even more on a hunt strategy I recommend you add in two or three Eldar Shrouded Harlequins. Kill them yourself using Harriers to exhaust the enemy warlord unexpectedly while at a planet during the command- or combat phase.
Enjoy :)
