It is in most ways the usual Aun´shi deck, I want some advice but first let me explain my point of view
Carnivore pack vs Experimental devilfish
I´m quite surprised with carnivore pack, it is in almost every aun´shi deck I´ve seen and I understand the logic for 3 you get a 3/3 armourbane that give you back resources when it dies, but I starting to consider experimental devilfish as an option, it is an always ready Iyanden wraithguard, of course it need the initiative to hit first but when they do, they do hard.
What to cut?
Void pirates: With 16 capping units void pirates looks a bit excesive, but more control is always good
Deception: Most of the times I use this card just as shields, big units are usually elite, but tends to be devastating agaisnt marines and their 3 cost units of doom
What to add?
Heavy marker drone: It is potentially devastating agaisnt decks with expensive minions, but most of the times it is just shields because there are no big enough creatures to justify it
Fireblade Kais´vre: I understand the logic behind this guy on Aun´shi, without ambush platform you need a way to take your attachments into battle and fireblade is unique, so is inmune to cards like archon terror, also can protect your fragile units in this deck with not FWE, at least one almost included
Also I want some advice in other thing, How can I take attachments safely to battle? If my opponent can see it before battle, it is almost secured that attached unit is gonna be objective of archon terror, cato´s chosen and stuff like that, so I can´t see the right time to play them.
And that´s all, sorry for bad english!

Average Command Per Unit: 0
I think you got the most important thing down - while 33 units can be a bit excessive and you could easily shave off one or two, I think it's best to stay on the safe side.
Many AunShi players make the mistake of going to low and suffer from being undermanned for the whole game.
Regarding the Devilfish, yes it's good firepower that's always ready, however there are two critical differences - 3 HP (which is critical for being able to actually make that attack in some matchups) and the ability to take Ion Rifles and Gun Drones.
It also synergizes with the Prelates to a degree. While a warithguard is nice and all, it's usually the +3ATK or Aoe 2 that wins you games in the end.
When it comes to attachments, the only solution here is Even the Odds, which saves you both from Terror and Suppressive Fire. Ambush Platforms are nice, but they can be cumbersome and still don't guarantee successful delivery.
I think you are also correct in your assessment of the Fireblade. There are matchups in which carrying the right attachment is critical, and here's where he can help you (both in being quite durable, increasing the efficiency of shields and being unique)
What is difficult is actually making room for all this, most Aun Shi players do so at the expense of army units, usually bringing in an additional Slubmering Gardens in the process, IMO the only slots which allow for some modification are the warlock destructors and tense negotiations. Try the following:
-3x Warlock Destructor
-1x Tense Negotiations
+2x Fireblade Kais'vre
+2x Even the Odds
Or just add even the odds and enjoy being down to a well-rounded 50 cards.
We all know that Destructors are great, but it doesn't feel that they're pulling their weight, AunShi being a bit bent on that racial purity thing.
Once you're there, you can test it further to decide what to do with the Experimental Devilfish and Void Pirate slots.
If they work out for you, by all means use them, but be sure to consider the alternatives like the above mentioned Kroots, Fireblades and Vior'la Warrior Cadre if you can that it's practical to afford them (not necessarily as a 3x), ranged is pretty important for AunShi and the overall cost curve is still pretty low.
I have found the value of Carnivore Pack is in their durability and the surprise Prelate. When you go into combat with 4 resources on the board, experienced players will expect a Prelate. When they kill your Pack and you go from 1 resource to 4, suddenly your opponent has an unprepared Warlord in danger. As for their durability, with Aun'Shi giving you so much "free" damage you really just want to make sure that attacks are getting through more than getting 1 additional point in. I don't use Warlock Destructors in my deck but I use both Packs and Devilfish. (3x and 2x respectively).
I know it's only 2 cards over 50 but I think with Aun'Shi you really want to keep it to 50 for Orbital City draws. If you can shave it down to 50 you ought to. Aun'Shi can win without it, but getting that first or second Orbital City even just 1 turn sooner than you would have can make your day that much easier.
