Mobile, ranged and unpredictable buffs force the opponent to over-commit to a planet, leading to a devastating Doom effect.
Warlord

Total Cards: 0
This deck starts with one of the best sets of command units. Typically you want to start with the one drops to cover the planets, followed by Eldar Survivalist and backed by Vash'ya Trailblazer, Recon Drone, and Deception. At the same time, the deck also puts a small but constant threat on the first planet because of mobile units (ideally situated at the second planet) as well as both Shadowsun's power and Ambush platform, which allow you to choose when to swing into action.
With this deck, you really want the opponent to commit heavily to individual planets, for several reasons. First, this helps you dominate the command struggles at other planets. Second, the ranged units can often get a hit off against their warlord, and mobile units run away, minimizing the cost of losing the battle to you. Third, and most importantly, their obligatory retreat from the first planet allows you to counter with Doom, which can be utterly game-changing. I have been on the verge of conceding only to play a massive Doom and come back from almost nothing.
Don't forget to swing at their warlord with this deck. This strategy is well suited to a deck that picks its battles carefully and which likes a longer game. Also, you don't care as much about trying to pick off units because you are hoping to Doom them all later. As the planets dwindle down, your bloodied opponent will not be able to easily avoid your ranged and mobile units.
A couple of small points. Ambush Platform allows an unexpected Gun Drones (this was confirmed to work by an administrator on the forums). Banshee Power Sword is basically in the list just to kill their warlord, so use it wisely.
Sample Hand:
Total Shields: 0
Average Shields Per Event/Attachment: 0
Total Command: 0
Average Command Per Unit: 0

You can't use BPS abilities when you attack a warlord
Thanks, can't believe I missed that one.
