Without any explanations of the deck, I'd have to rate it 1 star at most. I really can't see how this can do anything to any other deck. Your low unit count and mass of poor torture events won't help you fight another deck. Unlike the event heavy Ku'Gath deck which can handle itself due to Ku'Gath being a regular tank, Urien cannot sustain himself and can't force people away, you'll only pinprick him with your events and he'll continue to pummel Urien.
