Dark Eldar Eldar
Control Experimental
Cause not all of us like Kith. :)
Warlord
Order by: NameTypeCost
Total Cards: 0
I've recently fallen in love with the Dark Eldar lore so I'm attempting to play them in Conquest. I chose Urien as my Warlord over Kith. Mainly because while Kith is certainly better in a lot of people's eyes I find Urien to be alot more fun. The point of this deck is to do what DE does best: control and choke the opponent of cards/resources.
I tend to choke my opponent of cards over resources with this deck using cards like Archon's Palace, Murder of Razorwings, and Soaring Falcon to help accomplish this. For combat I have the Destructors, the two Warlord Groupies (Reavers and Corsairs), and Klaivex Warleaders to help snipe those pesky units my opponent thought were safe after they shielded. ;)
I'll be editing and posting a change long to this deck as I test it in the coming weeks. As always, any advice and recommendations are welcome. :)
Sample Hand:
Total Shields: 0
Average Shields Per Event/Attachment: 0
Total Command: 0
Average Command Per Unit: 0
Your cost curve makes command wins harder, as you have only 6 1-for-1 s and no 2-for-2s. Its very hard to choke without command dominance. Failure to choke makes Power from Pain and Searing Brand weaker in turn.
I'd suggest:
-1 Lab
+1 Palace
- All 7 Eldar
+3 Chaos Fanatics
+3 Ssylth Mercenaries
+1 Bloodied Reavers
Hitting power will suffer from this, but the choke play will be that much stronger.
