Not as happy with Urien as I could be, but this is the Urien deck that is currently giving me best results. Key here is horrendous overcommitment to the command game.
The key thing I'm aiming for here is looking to play up Urien's strengths compared to Kith. We all know Kith is better at a lot of things: better fighting and sniping, better events to access, and so on.
Urien's obvious advantage is Torture discount, but aside from Power From Pain few Tortures are that strong. Searing Brand is 90% played here for shields, though occasionally I do use it for damage.
Actual advantages of note are an 8 card starting hand, and a lot of potential for deploy delays. The goal of the deck, therefore, is command counteracting. Wherever they have 1 command icon, I aim to have 2. Where they have 2, I aim to have 3. Beating down their command is more important than winning my own command.
Shrinking the game makes Power From Pain more effective, and makes Possessed harder to answer. Hard command draw plus high level of 2-shielders gives the ability to find those units and keep them alive.
Broadly though, this deck is not performing at a T1 standard, though I find it works a lot better than the "lets put all the tortures in" build that most people (myself included) start with with Urien. A definite second tier deck here, but not a third tier one as Urien has mostly been till now.

Against Aun'shi, the larger numbers are beneficial, though Kith is always better at that match up.
Calamity isn't really a prevalent enough card to build against, in my opinion. Some people run it, but it tends to be in jankier decks that aren't serious competition.

Nice deck. How does it play against Aun'Shi? Not sure how many people run Calamity in their decks but that card would be nasty against this.
