I suggest adding some tougher Eldar units for gift of Isha.
Yes, if you're not using Death From Above, there's really no good reason to run Vile Raiders, instead of say Wildrider Squadron, or Falcon over Ssylth Mercenaries.
Likewise while Survivalist and Farseer are certainly good cards, you can't really rely on Archon's Terror to win every battle for you: it's a strategy that comes undone when faced with Ku'gath, Zogwort, Coteaz, a tempest blade Cato, or a swarm.
I'd say -2 Vile Raider, -3 Survivalist, -3 Farseer, -3 Falcon, +3 Iyanden Wraithguard, +3 Warlock Destructor, +2 Wildriders, +3 Ssylth. This will make your Gift of Isha into a card that wins combats, rather than just 2-shields, and will shift your cost curve to the left while adding a lot more fighting power overall.
Or, if you'd rather keep your units as they are, drop 3 Ishas for 3 Empowers, and 3 Promotions for 3 Death from Above, and pray to the chaos gods for the joy of the combo. Even then, I'd strongly consider finding room for Destructors.
