I am not sure, but this version of Niggurath might be preferrable when using under the porch and then fetching this and paying 3 to get Dark Sargassum.
A sweet play, but I think this version pales next to the "Dark Mistress of the Woods" version from The Cacophony.
That one lets you puts a bunch of Dark Young into play, makes them effectively immortal while she is alive and has huge synergies with Book of Iod, and under the porch(+plague stone).
For this one to be better, I think you would need to get her out in the first couple of turns, not have a Book of Iod or any other draw engine going, and not have more than one or two Dark Young in your hand/discard. And the Porch certainly makes some of those conditions more possible, but the other Shub loves the Porch too.
