Three-faction deck focused on getting Ancient Ones into play. Though it mostly relies on a Things in the Ground / Arkham Asylum combo, in a pinch you can also play an AO regularly because of the Seeker of Mysteries. Use Victoria's Loft and Granny Orne to deny your opponent the chance of restoring any characters. There's also plenty of Cultists to feed Carl Stanford's abilty and a bunch of utility spells.

I appreciate the exercise is done from a limited cardpool and as such it is difficult to improve.

Id recommend buying the shifting sands to round the deck.

Master of Amulets (TSS) would have incredible synergy with Things in the ground to restore your own characters free of domain drain and as alternative to arkham asylum and take over opponents insane characters while it is a cultist and
Aziz Chatuluka (TSS) provides a way to get an ancient one in play from your hand if you draw into it, its also a cultist... and buying the shifting sands gets you Khopesh, one of the LCG power cards providing a new angle to build future decks around

Just my 2 cents

Excellent recommendations! Especially Aziz really looks like he was made for the deck B)
When I looked over the cards from the Venice set, I immediately thought that At Night they Roam (TiV) would be a fun addition (if it's Night).

I'm also currently testing a variant replacing Hastur with the Shub-Niggurath faction. There's a lot you can do with Things in the Ground, even with a limited cardpool.
