For those who don't have access to older sets Dark Passenger is a good substitute for Descendant. If Transient is what you want.

Dark Passenger may be worth experimenting with, because it really hurts to lose Twilight Gate, which is also restricted. But I thought Descendant was the better choice here since it's transient to hard-cast Umr and can be a surprise attacker or defender.
