Mythos Deck:
Shub-Niggurath/Yog-Sothoth
A deck list by James Hata

Now, not to be outdone, the Mythos has several different tricks up its sleeve as well.

With this deck, you should be able to destroy your opponents characters and bring out some horrifying and largely unstoppable monsters in the process. This deck does these things by providing threats that get suddenly larger as the game goes on. Cards like Degenerate Ghoul and Cursed Skull are thee to make your opponent wary before trying to commit to stories, while the Priestess of Bubastis allows for your expensive characters (like Y'Golonac) to enter play quicker.

There are several tricks in this deck that allow for your threats to stay in play or suddenly become bigger. Unspeakable Resurrection and Hungry Dark Young allow you to get characters (that might of been put there due to All are One) out of your discard pile and put them immediately into play. Shocking Transformation and Under the Porch allow you to suddenly bring out characters from your deck. Imagine playing Shocking Transformation on a Son of Yeb and turning him into a Flying Polyp - a horrifying, invulnerable monster, or transforming him into a Fishers from the Outside in order to return an opponent's character to its owner's hand. These are some of the combos that the deck can do. Under the Porch is especially nasty because it can suddenly bring in an Ancient One into play (such as Shub-Niggurath) for a turn, who can subsequently bring out Dark Young from your deck if you can pay the resources.

And there you have it. Please fell free to build these decks and try them out or to use these deck lists as a foundation to build your own.
