If you really want to combine these two I would definitely go with House Targaryen. Unless your primary goal is to include as many "hipster cards" as possible
I have once build a Greyjoy deck around Drowned Prophet and it was fun to play and it won some games (got more wins than loses) and I was going to build a Martell - Drowned Prophet deck, but I only did on paper and have never collected all the cards (and so Martell remain the only house that I have never played in lcg)
None of that, he goes out of the game.
