The House of Dreams Agenda.
So the House of Dreams agenda puts in place a number of restrictions. Your choice of location must be: (i) unique, (ii) in-house, and (iii) non-limited. This one, as attractive as it is, doesn't meet the requirements. (Note that cost of location isn't controlled by the agenda...)
