Bodes well for the future of Martel shadows (which is strangely non-existent, currently).
Martell Kingsguard. Enough said.
Baratheon has way better knight and shadows support, though. Hopefully Martell will finally get some decent shadows support in the coming cycle, though.
Shadow support is probably true, i don't see why knights have anything to do with it. The point of Martell though is that they have Venomous Blade which benefits from this card. The other thing is that Martell has argueably the better card advantage cards. If you wanted to, you could play Bannerman and House Messengers to help speed up the deck. You could even do it out of KOTHH and be able to use things like Bleeds and Prince's Wrath to your advantage with the new Kingsguards that are coming out. This card + the new kingsguard characters makes for a pretty interesting Bleeds deck that its characters can dodge Bleeds pretty easily.

VB already has a very easy to trigger ability to return to shadows, I don't see the benefit this card provides there.
Well, epic battles is one thing that comes to mind when i think about cape wrath. The other is that it just makes VB even more solid really. I've had people just not attack me until they could deal with the character that had VB on it. So, in that sense it just kinda reinforces it if you ever run into something like that. Granted, if your opponent isn't attacking you, your probably doing pretty good anyways.
