Love this card, but they are pushing rush out of Martell a bit too much.

One of are local players pointed this out. You can use it in combination with Game Of Cyvasse. Attack with a character for intrigue, opponent defends, you stand them and give them melee. Now your character is standing and has a str buff. Use Cyvasse and win to bounce another character back.

Love this card, but they are pushing rush out of Martell a bit too much.


I think that's my key gripe about this. I want Martel control to recover from the sledgehammer it took, and the few cards they've been releasing that aren't absolutely awful have been rush cards.

That said, this card is amazing any way you look at it; control wants to win challenges and stand key characters, too.
This card is so good right now. Its pretty crazy the things you can abuse with it. I don't know what Martell deck doesn't play at least 2 of this.....It complements so many Martell effects so well.
