I love it. It's not a great card overall, but for a Raider/Mill deck it's great. First turn guaranteed 3 or more mill, and after that it slows down the power gain of the opponent. Since Mill takes a little bit to get ready, that's a big bonus.
In my experience, if you can keep it from getting burned, it's really easy to mill a deck with this card. most people will choose the card discard rather than the power discard, but either way it's a win-win. Helps get
Asha Greyjoy (WLL) and
Alannys Greyjoy (ODG) up to full strength ASAP... currently running this with HoD/Longship Grief and the combo is rather annoying.

Decked at least 3 opponents, and almost decked TLV using it.

Do you announce your target before players decide to discard the power. In the instance of a melee game, do I announce I am using the effect and then if no one discards the power, I choose the target?
I am pretty sure you have to pick a deck from which you want to discard first, before anyone decides whether to cancel or not. However you don't have to announce which character you are going to stand if 2 or more non-characters are discarded.
