I don't see the point of that card.
You could play Black Sails in the worst House for it, and then use the worst event card in the game to dig through your deck really fast alongside Areo Hotah's self-mill.

If you manage to empty your deck you can draw whatever you want every single turn with thi- Oh wait you have to lose challenges. Of course.

It's the worst possible recursion I could imagine for Martell; I wanted something that rewarded a bit of self-mill, not something that shuffles things back into your deck. All it ends up helping with is against Greyjoy discard-pile shenanigans, and I really hate cards that counter just certain cards in one house and are nearly worthless otherwise.

Honestly I think you are under-rating this card a bit. First, it is not the recursion we were hoping for, but it is at least something. It is good for shutting off Asha (who does make plenty of OOH appearances). It also offers those not wanting to run all the influence for Princes Plans at least some chance of getting cards back after you've used them. And if you are using Princes Plans it offers a way to ensure you get the best cards back from your discard pile. It's also fantastic for setup, so it goes well with non-KotHH/influence decks.

The card sounds like, and the artwork looks like, something off a rum bottle.

It goes well in KOTHH decks as well. Rigging Princes Plans is great.

It's practically an auto-include at least 1x for me in any Martell deck. If i'm running Prince's Plans it gives me the ability to rig my recursion. If I'm not (thus luikely playing TLV Army or Dayne), it gives me security in losing intrigue challenges since I tend to load those decks up with so much draw I don't mind losing a challenge to send 1-2 cards back to deck (and in the case of Dayne, I have 4 cards I want to lose intrigue to put into play with Darkstar and House Dayne Reserves). It also mitigates the cost of Open Market, and it awesome for setup.

Someone else runs House Dayne Reserves?! I thought I was the only one! Hahaha

I've been trying fit it in. Hmmm.
At first glance I wasn't impressed with this card, but the more I think about it the more I like it. While it doesn't put discards directly into your hand, it does allow you to choose which cards you're putting back into your deck. Coupled with Martell's potential high-draw and at zero cost it's at least worth throwing in a deck to see if it can be effective.

Tried this in a tourney and it was actually useful to nothing, only for a good setup :D

As it is now, I don't see much use for it, maybe in a hyper self-mill deck, that right now does not exist.

I've used it to shuffle back in things like Taste for Blood (PotS) and Orphan of the Greenblood (PotS). It's still random because you are just shuffling your deck, but it does increase your odds of drawing those cards.
So, after a bit more playing, this card is pretty nuts. I've had multiple games now that because of it, i've drawn into certain cards like 5 times in a game and won because of it. Used stuff like Choosing The Spear, Parting Blow, Orphans, and Nightmares close to 4 or 5 times in a game is absolutely amazing and most people hate it. Sun Stroke is also great with this card.
Goes great with Dornish Paramour and Summer Sea. Great on setup. Not bad at all.
