Three gold for an ally is really painful. He's naval, though, and Stark's other naval options aren't exactly super-stars either.

Hes pretty damned good in my opinion. Being an ally hurts but he still remains a cost effective personality.

nice art again from the artist of Victarion Greyjoy (RotK). 3 cost ally is not too bad for 3 str renown with double naval enhancments. Hes a captain too which may do something more soon.

This is going to play nicely with the dromon. Stark is doing well this cycle. They can always use the intrigue help.

3 gold. strength 3 2 icons and renown was pretty good before.... ill gladly take the negative ally trait for 2 naval enhancements...

Having naval intrigue at 3 strength is very strong for Stark. Will definitely find its way into a lot of decks.
