Big fan. Bara is back.
Are there any cards that can add more gold to this location? Bara or Neutral?
No, sadly, otherwise people'd be doing the same thing with The Iron Cliffs (HtS) I'd wager. With the new Salladhor Saan (TPoL) though, and recursion effects being an increasingly big thing, there might be value in discarding and recurring it multiple times.
What he said, except I think you would be better off using Fleeing to the Wall (Core) and/or A City Besieged (CD) to discard your Oakenshield Port and Salladhor Saan (TPoL) would be great then to cripple your opponent even more. Using him on yourself is just too expensive.
So, does this card not work with House of Dreams, as the agenda states that the location "starts the game in play" and therefor it does not "enter play"? Seems fair, but I thought I'd ask.
Correct, if you use this location with House of Dreams it doesn't get the Gold tokens.

@laerfan: You can get some more gold on it, but it's a crazy combo that isn't really viable. Use the new Greyjoy event to turn it into a character, then give that character House Dayne Trait and use the Southron vessel. You'd have to run house greyjoy and use the port and southron vessel out of house.

Vessel only works in Marshalling, We Do Not Sow only works in Challenges. No go, I'm afraid.
Best way to recycle would be to discard it from play and bring it back. Could use Iron Lore (MotA) to do this
A more direct way could be to run Chella, Daughter of Cheyk (Core) out of house to return it to your hand. Expensive though, 2 gold to play it and 2 more to bounce it.
The best way I can think of is to use Search and Detain (HtS) to put it back into your hand, but that takes your restricted slot and probably doesn't work with what your deck wants to do.
I still claim, that the only reasonable in-house way is Fleeing to the Wall (Core)/A City Besieged (CD) + multiple copies of the Oakenshield Port.

Trait manipulation + We Do Not Sow (TPoL) can be used though in combination with Bound by Blood (KotStorm), but that's just bonkers...

Now that I think about it Snowed Under (Core) could work, provided you can kneel your location first.

Let's face it though, you should win the game by the time you move all the gold or you are doing it wrong!

River Bandit (RoW) and Street of Silk (LotR) seem to be the easiest ones to discard.

But yeah, 6-12+ power you should be winning... :P
Maybe in Night'swatch or Wildling? (Still +12 POWER!!!!!)
does it work on setup? first I thought it didn't but then I realized it is not when played but rather when it enters play....
Things you set-up are neither played nor do they enter play, sadly. This is the same reason The Iron Cliffs (HtS) isn't set-up-friendly, amongst others.
Does it mean, in setup you can play Xaro Xoan Daxos (Core) without the disadvantage?
Yup. Although in the right deck that's not necessarily a disadvantage.

Yeah, I suppose. I'm just a casual player with a fixed group of friends, though, and for Targ we have only the Core cards yet, and so far, I've only seen very few occasions where it was not. So for us, being able to play Xaro in the setup as a 3 STR with 3 icons is quite nice.

Planning on playing this out-of-house in a new Greyjoy naval/raiders deck.  Once the location is in play via Building Season and Alliance plots, and once the bonus power is spent, it should be possible (providing on card-draw luck) to recycle Oakenshield Port as follows: Balon's Rebellion to kneel it, Snowed Under to bounce it back to my hand, replay the location next round.  Another stack of power bonuses to exploit during naval challenges!
