Use it with Catelyn Stark (Core) to user her ability in different challenges.

Recycling stealth is a nice benefit. I really like that this is well costed and not unique. I like its combo potential, but it also is quite useful on its own when you can't draw the other end of the combo.
Raise your claim twice with
The Bastard's Boys (ARotD) and if you are able to
White Harbor Dromon (TGF) them take a single challenge up by 2.
I wasnt a huge fan of this card on first glance. I'm still not but there are certainly uses for it. Multiple stealth challenges are always welcome and I'm sure there are vulgarities to be had with Naval Superiority.
