Now, correct me if I'm wrong, but you can choose and kneel a character regardless of its icon, but not a character that has been stealthed right?

Even though it's use is narrow in the context of all the non-naval cards, I think this is actually pretty strong.

The problem is you can't really include it because the majority of decks it will be absolutely useless against. I could maybe see an argument for including it in Melee once the new Aurane Waters comes out, but even then it'll probably still do nothing because your opponents will just naval against each other rather than you.
