its a 1 gold weapon attachment that isnt as crappy as broken spear and bronze shield so it will actually work well with alchemists shop

It may be weaker than Ice, context wise but it is a repeatable effect built into a strong game play aspect of martel. So, honestly, for 1 gold it's pretty good.

The interesting aspect to this card is that the targeted kill need not be a character controlled by the losing opponent.
I used in my Martell maester deck recently, was a great way to get rid of timmet son of timmet, removed his icons before he could participate in challenges, beat another player with a pointless challenge and then used this to kill timmet... great way to get rid of pesky characters
