First character with both new keywords: joust and melee. 2for2 bicons if opposed. I would say it can find play but is not impressive at all. Cost is too high and STR too low to activate
The Dreadfort (DB) additionally no war crest.

I agree. It already has a built in penalty - making it a 1STR character outside of challenges (burn fodder) for 2 cost isn't worth it, which annoys me because House Bolton is still too-few in number to make an effective stand alone theme deck. (IMHO without being backed by all the normal auto-includes of a stark war crest and/or siege deck)
